If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns for Store Credit only.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ Free from makeup, deodorant, marks, smells or damage
✔ Have all original tags attached

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Received the wrong item? Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can fix it quickly.

Exchanges

We understand sometimes sizes aren’t quite right, so we are happy to assist with size exchanges where possible.

As many of our products are popular and stock can move quickly, exchanges are not guaranteed and will depend on stock availability at the time we receive your return.

To help reduce unnecessary returns, we encourage customers to check measurements, sizing information and contact us if they need help before ordering — we’re always happy to assist 🤎

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item
• Customers are also responsible for shipping costs for the replacement item being sent out
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
• Exchange requests must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order

If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

How To Return Your Item

Step 1 – Contact Us First
Before sending anything back, please contact us to have your return or exchange approved.

Please include your order number, item details and reason for return or exchange.

Returns sent without prior approval may delay processing.

 

Step 2 – Include Your Order Details
Please include a copy of your invoice or order details with your return parcel.

Unfortunately, returns without order information may not be able to be processed.

 

Step 3 – Pack Your Items Securely
Please pack items carefully (original packaging is preferred where possible).

All items must be returned:

✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ Free from marks, makeup, deodorant, smells or damage
✔ With all original tags attached

 

Step 4 – Send Your Parcel Back
Please send your return using tracked postage and keep your tracking number for your records.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping back to Rawhide Western
• Shipping costs for the replacement item being sent out

Rawhide Western is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing return parcels.

Why Buy From Rawhide Western?

Rawhide Western is a family business that began in 1979 when Chris and Gail Mackenzie started serving Australia’s western and horse community.

For decades, Mum and Dad built a business known for supporting rodeos, barrel races, campdrafts and horse people from all walks of life. Their passion for the western industry, commitment to customer service and love of the western way of life became the foundation of Rawhide Western.

In 2023, I took over the day-to-day running of the business so Mum and Dad could step back from the demands of travelling and running a retail business. While Mum is no longer with us, her influence remains at the heart of everything we do and her legacy continues through the customers, friendships and community she helped build.

Dad still plays a part behind the scenes, creating leatherwork and sharing the knowledge and craftsmanship that have been part of our family for generations.

Today, you’ll find me travelling Queensland in the Rawhide bus, attending rodeos, barrel races, campdrafts and country events, proudly continuing the family business Mum and Dad worked so hard to create.
