Return Policy
Items may be returned. They must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. We will not accept any returns after that time.
Returned items MUST NOT have been worn Or washed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor, or wear) with all labels and product tags attached. Any items defective must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not, we will NOT issue a refund. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Exchanges
We are more then happy to exchange your items purchased.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Return Procedure
1. Please include a copy of your original invoice with item(s) being returned. Please Note without providing your original invoice this return order will not be processed.
2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Rawhide Western is not responsible for lost or stolen packages 4. When refunded you will receive the full purchase amount of Item only back, not including the freight component.
